Radient360 is a low-code software as a service platform that serves cloud-based, real-time analytic and workflow asset management applications to oil and gas asset management stakeholders.


Chief Technology Officer (2019-2022)

Oversaw and led the technical vision, growth, and strategy; led design and innovation of a low code software as a service platform;  responsible for technology spending and budget; applied a creativity-based philosophy to product innovation and strategy; managed and mentored a diverse and talented team which led product architecture, software development, and technical operation; responsible for ensuring client functionality was delivered with the right technology and experiences; promoted a design culture and methodology focused on user experience and value.

Key Accomplishments:

  • Invented and designed, proprietary asset integrity and management, low-code software as a service platform, and features, that grew from zero to > 1 million in annual revenue over CTO, VP, and Directorships.
  • Partnered with CEO to create new technology/sales processes that resulted in ROI improvements by 30%.
  • Partnered with lead architect and finance to implement and managed  an efficient spending and multi-funding (SR&ED, IRAP, Etc) strategy within the technical department that resulted in >3 million in savings on salary and expenses spending over 8 years. 
  • Grew and lead 4 technical departments from staffing of 3 to 17 over 9 years.  Grew total staff to 28.
  • Partnered with development and lead architecture to lead and design a complete overhaul of the user experience interface of a low-code environment.

  • Managed spending and budget of technical operations and development teams of > 1.5 million dollars.
  • Installed, and led the management team to implement an incident response system that resulted in 0-day down, 99.98% up, and 5-minute to < 1 hour response time.
